With the French Open just around the corner, this week’s ATP Tour events in Hamburg and Geneva will provide the final opportunity for players to fine-tune their game ahead of the second Grand Slam of the season.

On the WTA Tour, the action comes from Strasbourg and Rabat and while the majority of the leading lights are taking a well-earned rest ahead of the Paris spectacle, there are still plenty of stars on show and some excellent betting opportunities to be had. Read on for Tuesday's tennis betting tips.

Alexander Bublik to beat Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard @ 8/11

Both of these players enjoyed a recent confidence boost with victories in Challenger events last week, but Alexander Bublik looks most likely to uphold that form in Hamburg.

Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard is one of the biggest servers on the ATP Tour but that weapon is tougher to utilise on clay and the charismatic Bublik is dangerous when belief is brimming.

Showman Bublik has won 11 of his last 14 matches, only losing to Zizou Bergs, Jakub Mensik and Casper Ruud in that run, and the form of his title triumph in a Turin Challenger most recently looks stronger than Mpetshi Perricard’s achievement in Bordeaux.

That success featured wins over Tomas Martin Etcheverry, Daniel Altmaier and Yunchaokete Bu and he should have the beating of a big-serving Frenchman, who has lost his last six matches on the ATP Tour.

Daniel Altmaier to beat Felix Auger Aliassime @ 5/4

Another bet worth having in the opening round in Hamburg could be for German world number 66 Daniel Altmaier to delight his home crowd with victory over Felix Auger Aliassime.

Auger Aliassime is ranked 36 places above Altmaier in the world rankings but he is having a tough time of things and has won only one of his eight matches since the start of March.

One of those losses came on clay against Altmaier in Monte Carlo in April, with the German easing to a 7-6 6-3 success, and on home soil it is hard to see those roles being reversed.

Altmaier enjoyed a run to the semi-final of a Challenger event in Turin last week and he should have little to fear given the Canadian’s recent drop-off.

Kamilla Rakhimova to beat Jil Teichmann @ 1/1

In Rabat, Kamilla Rakhimova should have too much power for Swiss player Jil Teichmann, who is ranked 23 places below the Russian in the rankings.

Teichmann finds consistency hard to come by and she has lost seven of her 11 clay-court matches this season, whereas 23-year-old Rakhimova is capable of one day challenging for WTA Tour silverware.

Rakhimova was a quarter-finalist in a Challenger event in Paris last week and a reproduction of her last-16 win over Moyuka Uchijima in the French capital should see her take care of a limited Teichmann.
