Hull KR vs Huddersfield Giants Prediction: Hosts are big favourites

Hull KR may have lost top spot to Wigan by the time they play on Saturday evening but the Robins will be fully expected to return to the summit against a struggling Huddersfield side who are at least finally off the mark in Super League. (Kick-off 530pm)
That elusive Giants win came against Hull FC at Magic Weekend but Luke Robinson's side are not expected to make it back-to-back wins at Sewell Group Craven Park. Read on for my Hull KR vs Huddersfield Giants predictions.

Team News
Hull KR have Arthur Mourgue back in the squad after he was cup-tied for last weekend's Betfred Challenge Cup win over Catalans Dragons, with Noah Booth also returning to the squad.
Given the absence of centre Oliver Gildart who is expected to miss four months following surgery, the versatile and in-form Jack Broadbent is likely to move over from full-back to accommodate Mourgue and replace Gildart at centre.
Rhyse Martin and hooker Michael McIlorum remain long-term absentees.
Huddersfield are finally starting to get some bodies back on the field and it is no coincidence that their first win of the season at Magic Weekend coincided with the return of playmaker Adam Clune.
George King looks set to return this weekend against his former club with Harry Rushton also in the mix.
Prop Tom Burgess is still not fit to make a comeback however.
Hull KR vs Huddersfield Giants Odds
The home side are massive favourites at 1/28, the draw is 25/1 and Huddersfield can be backed at 11/1.
Hull KR 21-25 points @ 6/1
Huddersfied will be buoyed by their victory at Magic Weekend but I don't see much hope for them making it back-to-back wins against the two big Hull sides.
Rovers should not struggle to get back up after their exertions in reaching Wembley last weekend, nor should they be weakened by any of their injuries.
I have the Robins to win this one relatively comfortably, having already thumped Huddersfield 50-4 when the two sides met in West Yorkshire at the end of March.
The Giants shouldn't be as poor as they were then, but this Rovers team is pretty relentless and can still win this one with a bit to spare.
The handicap is at 26 so you would need to fancy a few more points than that to find some decent value, and I'm actually going to chance my arm and look at Rovers to win by 21-25.
I think there will be at least three scores between the two sides and taking a punt on a score margin either side of the handicap might be the way to go this week if you are feeling bold.

James Batchelor anytime try scorer @ 6/4
We picked a nice little double last week for the Rovers' Challenge Cup win, as Hull KR -11.5 and a Joe Burgess try came in for us at 2/1.
We would normally also back Jack Broadbent to cross for a try, but inexplicably opted not to last week, and of course he helped himself to two tries to maintain his fantastic run of form.
I fancy more points for Broadbent this week but he is only an 8/11 price to do so, thus we look instead at the versatile James Batchelor - who also helped himself to two tries last week - to cross at 6/4.
If you like your milestones, then Peta Hiku is only two tries short of 100 for his career. He is available to score at 10/11.
