He isn't going out on so much of a limb this time around but is backing Cool Hand to get back on form over in the Netherlands. Sean also has a Double for the Quarter-Finals which has been boosted by the traders from Evens to 5/4. Check out his bets for Night 11 as he gives us his Premier League Rotterham Predictions for Night 11...

Premier League Night 11 Winner Prediction:

Luke Humphries to win Night 11 @ 10/3

It’s been a frustrating month or two for Humphries, with little to cheer about in terms of silverware. He even expressed in a post-match interview recently that it was feeling like a bit of a chore playing on tour just now with a very demanding calendar of events. However, he’s since said he’ll look to enjoy it more and he looked to be doing that the past few weeks.

Form has risen again for Cool Hand - averaging 101+ in eight of his last eleven matches. He showed some good signs at Night 10 in Manchester last week, recording a whopping 118.43 average in a 6-1 win over Bunting, before a victory over arch rival Littler. He looked to be cruising to victory against Aspinall at 3-0 up, but fell short in the end.

He’ll look to go one better and win the night this week. It looks a good chance to, with him avoiding Littler and home favourite Van Gerwen in his half of the draw. 10/3 looks a generous price and he’ll close the gap on Littler at the top of the league with a nightly win in Rotterdam.

Premier League Darts Night 11 Boosted Double:

Humphries to beat Dobey @ 1/3

Following on from the above comments I made about Humphries’ chances for the night as a whole, it looks to be an appealing opening match for Cool Hand.

Dobey has never quite got into this year’s Premier League - he made the final on Night 1 but has since struggled for results and finds himself languishing in 7th place with only seven points, eight points off of 4th place which he needs to aim for to make Finals night in London. The form hasn’t been brilliant elsewhere for Hollywood either - failing to go beyond the last 16 stage in any of the last thirteen tournaments he played in. Only three 100+ averages in his last fifteen matches is also very unlike Dobey, with him being renowned as one of the bigger scorers on tour.

Humphries also boasts a pretty strong recent record against Dobey - they’ve player each-other three times so far in the Premier League this year, with Luke winning all three of them by 2+ legs. He’s won five of his last six against Chris and has an extremely strong chance of bolstering that stat in my opinion.

Bunting to hit over 2.5 180s vs Van Gerwen @ 4/7

It’s a big night for Van Gerwen as he returns to the Netherlands where he’ll play in front of a passionate home crowd. He’ll need to really improve on his recent form if it’s to be a memorable night for the Dutch fans, as MVG continues to throw in far too many laboured performances.

Mighty Mike returned to action last week after a freak neck injury kept him out of Night 9. He’s already played a couple Pro Tour events in the Netherlands this week, but he’ll be fairly disappointed with the results - only winning three of his five matches and averaging below 95 in four of them.

Bunting can’t count himself mightily unlucky, given some of the incredible performances he’s been on the receiving end of in the Premier League so far. Humphries averaging above 118 against him last week was just the most recent in a long list of big performances against The Bullet. It leaves him bottom of the league on five points but it doesn’t appear to have dampened his spirits and he’s very much still competing well and producing a high level himself.

Over 2.5 180s for Stephen looks a really solid bet again, given he’s now managed it in all of his last thirteen matches, 4/7 once again a very generous price and brings the double to above evens.
