Lossiemouth @ 4/6
Many punters will be disappointed at Mullins declaring Lossiemouth in the Mares' Hurdle again rather than the Champion Hurdle, but she can still deliver a spectacle in a race she won strongly a year ago. Understandably a short-priced favourite.
Jade De Grugy @ 9/2
Another one for Mullins who could run her stablemate the closest. Jade De Grugy has only been beaten once in five starts. She stays well and finishes strongly. Improvements expected this season.
July Flower @ 9/1
The partnership of trainer Henry de Bromhead and jockey Rachael Blackmore will be hoping for more Festival magic in 2025 and July Flower could be an attractive each-way bet in the Mares' Hurdle. De Bromhead's yard has a good record in this race with the legendary Honeysuckle, who was ridden by Blackmore on both of her victories.
Joyeuse @ 11/1
This six-year-old is trained by Nicky Henderson and owned by Cheltenham Festival serial winner JP McManus. For now, Joyeuse is unexposed but she comes into this race in decent form. The occasion will ask a lot from her, but it wouldn't be too surprising to see her rise to the occasion.

Kala Conti @ 16/1
Kala Conti is a four-time winner over hurdles for Gordon Elliott and has only finished outside the top two just once in her eight starts to date. It would take a majestic performance to keep up that impressive record when facing Lossiemouth.
Take No Chances @ 20/1
Another worthy contender for an each-way punt. Dan Skelton-trained Take No Chances is a consistent mare over two miles and should have no real issues with this trip, but a place finish is probably the most realistic feat on Tuesday.
Jetara @ 25/1
Jetara placed in two Grade 1 novices hurdles last year but gave a disappointing performance at Leopardstown over Christmas. There have been improvements since and could be in line for a strong performance in the Mares' Hurdle.
Dysart Enos @ 28/1
Dysart Enos won her first six starts under rules. Form has had its ups and downs since but her stamina does make her look an attractive selection for a place finish.
Queens Gamble @ 40/1
Queens Gamble has winning experience in bumpers and hurdles. She will be in need of an incredible performance to lay a glove on the likes of Lossiemouth and Jade De Grugy, though.
Gala Marceau @ 50/1
Another entry from Mullins is Gala Marceau, who was a runner-up in the 2023 Triumph Hurdle. She was also sixth in this race last year to stablemate Lossiemouth. They will look for an improvement this time around but it is unlikely to be enough.
Casa No Mento @ 100/1
Shown to be useful over fences but it takes more than that to claim a victory in this race. There isn't anything in her record to date that suggests she is a serious contender on Tuesday.
