49s Results Big Winner: Party time for punter after pocketing £30k
Saturday night was party time for a car salesman from Liverpool after he won £30,000 from a £6 bet on the 49s Lotto at Betfred.
The 47-year-old father-of-one, who has been an online customer for years, opted for the numbers 1, 3, 7 and 11.
Two of the numbers the Reds fan used three years ago when he won £16,000 also on the 49s, while the other two were chosen at random.
He was so excited he admits he couldn't even eat his favourite tea - chicken and rice, explaining: "The emotion got to me and with the adrenaline pumping I just couldn't swallow so had to put the meal down."
But since then he's organised a family party on Saturday - and has booked holidays in Turkey and Benidorm.
