Greyhounds Tips - Monday, February 3
T2 (Plenty of Trend) 18:14 - Yarmouth @ SP
Race over at first bend last week where we were very badly crowded, but I did like the amount of ground we made up after trouble and that is something I look for in races. What I did note down was the amount of ground we lost to the amount of ground/distance we were beaten by means that had we got a clear run we were four lengths faster than last week's field so I always keep that in mind when I do my research and studies.
How I see this race going, I can't see us leading up T1 initially but that can mean we can get a good toe into the race by following T1 round the first two bends. Overall we are stronger late compared to T1 so can outstay that rival rounding the final two bends.
T3/T4/T6 are all known as more six- bend runners than four-bend bend performers and any of those if they got loose or flew that start could be dangerous, I do see our main danger being T5 with his draw in between slow starters. I do feel though T1 and T5 will come together at the first bend clearing the way for us to take advantage. Confident selection.

T5 (Annadown Belle) 15:32 - Central Park @ SP
A slow start cost us the latest against a few of today’s runners and there is a different draw to deal with. Had it not been for the slow start and troubled run we would've won last week's race and been in a higher grade this afternoon. I do see a better run as I will explain below.
How I see this race panning out, a very slow starter on our inside in T4 so we can easily clear that runner on the run up. I don't even mind if T6 leads us out like they did last week when coming from T5 in fact I would prefer if they did.
What I did pick up last week is we aren't a true wide runner where T6 is and this moving inside T6 will mean a better run, the inside few runners to me look outgraded and out-pointed in this race. I made it a match where T6 sets the race up for us to come and pick that one up late in the day, of course if we lead T6 that one won't back run us on last week's evidence weakened rapidly off the last bend.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
