Nap of the Day: Ring Fenced the value bet of the day

With four British meetings taking place on Monday there's plenty of racing action to appeal to all tastes.
Amongst it will be the all-weather card from Newcastle, where they have nine races from 15:22-19:30.
We've picked out a Nap of the Day to follow at the Northumberland venue, and she should be a very backable price.
NAP of the Day - Monday, December 9
- Newcastle 18:30 - Ring Fenced @ 33/1
With 12 runners set to go to post for a competitive 1m handicap, it should ensure Micky Hammond's RING FENCED is a tasty price.
Seven of the field are former course winners, so she certainly won't find this easy, but there's reason to believe she can get off the mark for the first time for this yard in the hands of Aiden Brookes.
Ring Fenced last tasted success in a 1m3f Kempton handicap off a mark of 69 in January 2023 when trained by Andrew Balding.
She was sent off big prices for her first nine starts for Hammond, but interestingly back in May was heavily supported in to favourite when finishing fourth of seven at this venue over 1m2f.
Held up on the day, she couldn't land a blow in a tactical affair, but the set-up of this race should be more to her liking.
With a good draw in stall nine, she can hug the near-side rail and should be able to finish off with a good rattle. She needed the spin at Southwell recently after a break and will be sharper now.
