Fulham vs Arsenal Prediction: Gunners gunning for four in a row

Fulham welcome Arsenal to Craven Cottage in the Premier League on Sunday (14:00, Sky Sports Main Event), hoping to claim a second successive victory over the Gunners. The Whites were unbeaten against Arsenal last season, beating them 2-1 in this fixture last December.
They head into this game off the back of an impressive win over Brighton & Hove Albion in midweek. Arsenal have won three games on the bounce in the top flight coming into this contest. Read on for my Fulham vs Arsenal prediction, featuring the latest team news and match odds.
Fulham vs Arsenal Betting Tips
Fulham are 5/1 to claim their fifth home win of the season, which gives them a theoretical chance of 16.7%. Arsenal are valued at 4/7 to take the three points, giving them an implied probability of 63.6%. The draw can be backed at 16/5 (23.8%).
Both teams to score has struck in all league games held at Craven Cottage this season, having also landed in this fixture last season, It is priced at 4/5 for Sunday's contest. Over 2.5 goals has been a winning selection in six of Fulham's seven home games this term and is on offer at 8/11.
Arsenal's Bukayo Saka and Kai Havertz have netted five goals in the top flight this season, and they are 8/5 and 7/4 respectively to score anytime this weekend.
Former Gunner Alex Iwobi has five goals for the Cottagers, and he is 5/1 to haunt his old side.
Team News
Fulham boss Marco Silva will be unable to call upon the services of wide man Reiss Nelson for this one, as the player is ineligible to feature against his parent club. Nelson is facing a spell on the sidelines anyway after picking up a hamstring injury against Brighton on Thursday.
Harrison Reed and Joachim Andersen are the other residents in the treatment room for the hosts, while Ryan Sessegnon and Jorge Cuenca face late fitness tests to be involved against the Gunners.
Sasa Lukic returns from his one-match ban for accumulating five yellow cards but Tom Cairney continues to serve the ban he picked up against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.
After scoring a brace from an unfamiliar deep midfield role in the week, Iwobi should take up Nelson's spot on the left flank, with Lukic likely to return to the base of midfield to partner Sander Berge.
Emile Smith Rowe is also set to get his first crack against his former employers, while Harry Wilson could potentially drop out of the starting XI for Andreas Pereira, if Silva feels that fresh legs are needed after the quick turnaround.
Mikel Arteta will be hoping that he can include Riccardo Calafiori and Gabriel Magalhaes in his Arsenal back line on Sunday. Both defenders were early withdrawals in the 5-2 win at West Ham United last weekend, and both sat out the 2-0 home win against Manchester United in the week.
If both are fit to start, expect Oleksandr Zinchenko and Jakub Kiwior to drop out of the XI.
Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu are the confirmed absentees for this one, leaving Jurrien Timber unchallenged for the role at right-back.
Leandro Trossard returned to the bench in midweek despite scoring and assisting against the Hammers, he could be in contention to swap with Gabriel Martinelli for this match, while Mikel Merino will also be eager to return to the midfield - so he could come in for Thomas Partey.
Arsenal and both teams to score @ 11/5
You will notice the return of Martin Odegaard to the Arsenal side as their form has improved greatly. The Gunners are unbeaten in the last five games across all competitions in which the Norway international has started, winning four of them.
It has had a huge impact on the way they play and things are starting to click for them in attack once again. Three of their latest wins in all competitions have seen them score at least three goals.
The attackers are benefitting from his return and so are the team as a whole. Arsenal have won three in a row in the top flight for the first time this season, and I fancy them to record a fourth consecutive victory in west London on Sunday.
I have been impressed with the work Silva has overseen at Fulham in the past few years, but Arsenal boast a much stronger side than the Cottagers, so they should be able to win and rack up a few more goals along the way.
However, I do see Fulham causing the Gunners some issues. After all, they are unbeaten in their last two meetings, and based on the current form table, the Cottagers are fourth while Arsenal are just ahead in third - with both teams picking up 11 points from the last six games.
As mentioned above, BTTS has landed in all seven games held at the Cottage so far this campaign, so I do believe we will see this trend continue against Arteta's men.

Bukayo Saka anytime goalscorer @ 8/5
Arsenal winger Saka has been in excellent form in the last few weeks with two goals and three assists in his last three league appearances. I expect he will be at the centre of all the action in west London on Sunday as he looks to get back on the scoresheet after blanking against United on Wednesday.
The England international has five goals so far, and he will look to improve that figure over the coming weeks to try and get himself into the Golden Boot conversation. I think Saka offers good value to score this weekend because he found the back of the net in both meetings with Fulham last season, so they are an opponent he seems to enjoy facing.
