Northern Ireland vs Belarus Prediction: Norn Iron to stay resolute

Northern Ireland hold a slender lead at the top of Nations League Group C3, but Belarus are hot on their heels and will be hunting that all-important victory at Windsor Park. Norn Iron have collected seven points from four games but they are only one point ahead of visitors Belarus, with Bulgaria one further back, making this crunch time. 

However, Michael O'Neill’s side should be feeling pretty confident about matters in hand, having defeated Luxembourg 2-0 and routing Bulgaria 5-0 in their Nations League home matches this season.

Northern Ireland has no fresh injuries or suspensions with Liverpool right-back Conor Bradley, Southampton's Shea Charles and Standard Liege's Isaac Price, who netted a hat-trick in their latest 5-0 win over Bulgaria, all set to play key roles. 

Belarus are likely to deploy the same 3-4-3 formation they did in the recent draw between the pair, with striker Nikita Korzun likely to be flanked by Yevgeni Shikavka and Dmitri Antilevski.

The visitors have failed to score in eight of their last 11 defeats and another blank may be on the cards given the Green and White Army have kept seven clean sheets in their last 12 matches.
