Bath Tips: Prescott’s Miss Gitana to continue good run

There is lots of midweek racing action in store across Britain and Ireland, with six meetings taking place on Wednesday. They include an afternoon of Flat fare from Bath, where they race from 14:02-17:17 with ground conditions forecast to be 'good'.
We've picked out a trio of runners worth following for our Bath tips for Wednesday, including Miss Gitana for a Sir Mark Prescott team in really good fettle.
Bath Tips - Wednesday, September 4
14:02 – Wrestling Revenue @ 9/4
Just five contenders for the opening sprint handicap over the minimum 5f and none can be crossed off the list in confidence. Smooth Leslie has won two of her last three starts, notching at Lingfield on the turf and Chelmsford on the all-weather in between a good effort at Ffos Las.
She is up another 3lb here, though, and preference is for Tony Carroll's gelding WRESTLING REVENUE in this three-year-old contest.
The three-year-old has also found form this summer, posting figures of 154132 since the start of May. His wins have come at Brighton over 5½f and he went close again there at the start of August, finishing second under 5lb claimer Jack Doughty, with a couple of subsequent winners behind.
They can try again from an unchanged mark this afternoon and eased in grade to this Class 5 contest.
This looks like a good spot for Wrestling Avenue to land another success.

14:32 – Miss Gitana @ 9/4
Sir Mark Prescott's string are in fine fettle of late, boasting a 28 per-cent strike-rate across the last month with 10 winners from 36 starters.
The Heath House Stables handler is responsible for just a single runner at Bath, with MISS GITANA bidding for success in the Harrow Inn At Wanborough Handicap over 1m6f under stable jockey Luke Morris.
The Nathaniel filly is a typical Prescott improver since her stamina has been stretched out. She won at Doncaster in June over an extended mile-and-six-furlongs on her first crack at this sort of distance, then followed up here over C&D in July.
She didn't have much to spare in either instance but showed a willing attitude to prevail in both races.
Front-running tactics didn't appear to pay off in one run since on the all-weather at Wolverhampton and she is fancied to get back on track now returned to turf, especially if she gets something to take a lead off.

16:42 – One Glance @ 15/2
Trainer Alan King is another handler that loads just one contender to head from his Barbury Castle base to Bath for this midweek meeting and ONE GLANCE is an interesting sort.
The daughter of Passing Glance has improved in each of three runs on the all-weather thus far, all coming at Kempton over 1m3f/1m4f.
The latest of those saw her finishing third behind the potentially smart William Haggas filly Sea Just In Time, with runner-up Beeley easily winning a Ffos Las novice on her next start and rated in the mid-80s.
One Glance starts out on the handicap route off 78 here and on good terms with the older horses she meets, ensuring Liam Keniry's partner is worth having onside.
