Lucky 15 Tips: Eve’s juvenile can break maiden tag at Brighton

Another two good winners on Thursday - that's four in the last two days. We're knocking loudly on the door, and remain super-competitive.
An attractive mixture for racing fans on Friday, August 9; pretty much something for everyone. For our Lucky 15 Tips I'm heading down to the south coast and Brighton, where the six-race action kicks in at 14:30. David Probert looks to have a good book of rides, and the contests look very interesting.
Lucky 15 Tips Friday
Brighton
14:30 - Glamorous Joy @ 2/1
Experienced modest-level sprinters take centre stage by the seaside.
Glamorous Joy won with a degree of comfort 13 days ago at Salisbury and bids to follow up off a 7lb higher mark. Trainer Christopher Mason resists the temptation to book a claimer to reduce the burden, preferring George Rooke who was on board for that last success.
She's in career-best order and they do say to follow a filly in form, which I'm happy to do.
15:00 - Rokuni @ 10/3
Another sprint, this time a maiden for two-year-olds.
The selection is trained by the excellent Eve Johnson Houghton, and Charles Bishop takes the mount. Rokuni is a Saxon Warrior gelding having career spin number four, having shown definite ability particularly last time at Windsor 25 days ago, beaten just 2l.
Last time was the first run after the gelding procedure, and any repeat or better puts him bang in the centre of this in my book.
15:30 - Time Tested @ 6/4
Very nicely-bred Time Test colt, out of a Cape Cross mare, trained by Michael Bell with Hector Crouch in the plate.
He's quite well treated by the conditions of this Classified Stakes heat, and steps up to 10f for the first time after winning over 7f ten days ago. He needed every yard on that occasion so stretching out seems a very sensible tactic.
Could be quite progressive now he's got the winning habit, even at this modest level.
17:05 - Forever Noah @ 11/4
Newmarket handler Roger Varian trains, and 3lb claimer Aidan Keeley is on top.
The three-year-old Dark Angel gelding ran well on handicap debut 16 days ago at Lingfield, beaten just 2.75l. He's been dropped a pound though by the generous handicapper to a new mark of 62, and can surely be highly competitive as a consequence.
Top-level trainer, modest little contest. A first success could well be on the cards in this, his fifth career start.
If you're playing take care, and as always, have fun.
This is an example of a Lucky 15. If you can improve upon my selections (of course you can), then go for it!
The odds can fluctuate between publishing our pieces and race-time. As a guide, a £0.50p win Lucky 15 on today's selections, at the prices, and assuming all four won, would return around £176 for your total £7.50 stake.
