Servette vs Yverdon Sport Prediction: Les Grenats to keep up 100% record

It's only the early stages but Servette already lead the way in the 2024/25 Swiss Super League after winning their first two games, beating Luzern 2-1 (A) on the opening weekend before a 3-1 victory over reigning champions Young Boys on Wednesday.
Les Grenats' next challenge comes against Yverdon Sport, whom they host at Stade de Geneve on Sunday (13:15). Read below for my Servette vs Yverdon prediction ahead of this Super League clash in Geneva.
Servette vs Yverdon Sport Betting Tips
Team News
After playing midweek, Servette won't benefit from a week's break like Yverdon, but they should be buoyed by a victory against the 2023/24 Super League winners.
Therefore, I expect head coach Thomas Haberli to make minimal changes on Sunday. However, Enzo Crivelli is one possible addition to the starting XI after the French striker began the first game of the season and subsequently scored from the bench against Young Boys. He could replace Jeremy Guillemenot in attack.
Yverdon began the new campaign with a 2-0 home defeat to Zurich, and they suffered a blow in added time with the red card shown to defender Mohamed Tijani, who is now suspended for this weekend's trip to Geneva.
Spanish forward Kevin is also expected to get his first campaign start after only playing the second half of last weekend's defeat. The 23-year-old was joint-top scorer in the Super League last season with 14 goals and will be looking to get off the mark on Sunday.

Servette are 4/11 to secure a third successive victory on Sunday, giving them an implied win probability of 73.3%, while Yverdon are 6/1, or a 14.3% chance, to get their first three points of the campaign.
The draw is available at 100/30, both teams to score at 8/11 and over 2.5 goals at 8/15.
Servette to win & both teams to score @ 7/4
The hosts have won their opening two games of the season and look well set to achieve another high standing in the Super League after back-to-back top-three finishes.
Servette scored two away to Luzern before hitting three past Young Boys at home, so they should have no problem in firing at least a couple past Yverdon on Sunday.
However, their defence has been breached in both matches so far and Yverdon, who beat Servette twice last season - both at home (4-1, 2-1) - will fancy their chances of finding the net for the first time this season.
Yverdon didn't cause Zurich many problems last weekend but having had over a week's rest compared to the few days enjoyed by Servette, they should be able to ruffle a few feathers in Geneva.
Ultimately, though, Servette's firepower should carry them through to a comfortable victory at Stade de Geneve.
Half-time/Full-time - Servette/Servette @ 21/20
Servette raced into a lead inside four minutes away to Luzern on the opening weekend of the season and held on to their lead until half-time, adding a second in the 58th minute before conceding what turned out to be a consolation strike for the hosts in second half added time.
Sunday's hosts also went into the interval against Young Boys on Wednesday with the advantage, taking a two-goal lead inside the opening 40 minutes and eventually winning 3-1.
I expect Servette to carry their confidence through to the weekend and attack their visitors from the off, with their pressure paying dividends.
