Luton vs Fulham

Luton Town welcome Fulham to Kenilworth Road on Sunday (16:00) for their final Premier League clash. The Hatters are all but relegated from the top-flight due to their goal difference, so a win is unlikely to change their fate.

Rob Edwards and his players will look to bow out on a high as they welcome the Cottagers, who have failed to win in their last four. Below I have outlined my Luton vs Fulham predictions, along with match odds and team news.

Luton vs Fulham Betting Tips

  • Over 3.5 goals @ 11/10
  • Draw/Fulham and both teams to score @ 19/20

Luton vs Fulham Odds

Luton are 2/1 to win this clash, giving them an implied probability of 33.3%. Fulham are 6/5, which gives them a chance of 45.5%. The draw can be backed at 11/4 (26.7%).

Both teams to score is on offer at 2/5 and over 2.5 goals is 4/9.

Luton strikers Carlton Morris and Elijah Adebayo have both scored 10 Premier League goals this season, and they are 9/5 and 7/5 to score anytime respectively.

Fulham forward Rodrigo Muniz is nine goals up for the campaign and he is priced at 6/5 to find the back of the net at any stage of the match.

Team News

After suffering an injury at West Ham United last week, Ross Barkley is a doubt to feature in what would likely have been his last appearance for Luton. Dan Potts and Mads Andersen could be in line to return to the squad from their respective injuries.

Tim Ream could return to the back line for Fulham after Issa Diop was sent off against Manchester City last weekend.

Over 3.5 goals @ 11/10

Although Luton may be parting ways with the Premier League, they have brought us entertainment this season and their matches have had no shortage of goals. The Hatters have not been involved in a single 0-0 in the league and over 3.5 goals has been a winning selection in 43% (16/37) of their games this term.

That is why I believe that they will give us one last goal-fest before they return to the Championship, and they are facing a Fulham side that have been susceptible to conceding goals this year.

Luton's two attackers mentioned above have managed double figures for goals and they will both be out to outdo one another to become the sole club top goalscorer for the campaign. Then there is Fulham's Muniz, who has been a revelation in the second half of the season.

Between the three of them, there is a lot of firepower and I expect them all to have a part to play in Sunday's clash.

Over 3.5 goals at 11/10 Draw/Fulham and both teams to score @ 19/20

Due to the fact that Luton have lost 12 of their last 16 matches, it is hard to back them to win on the final day. However, I can envisage them picking up a point as Fulham have been unpredictable all season.

But Marco Silva's side have also had moments where they have showed their class and we could even get that at Kenilworth Road on Sunday. That is why I am covering double chance in their favour, but to boost the odds I have included both teams to score.

Luton have not been involved in a single goalless stalemate all season and they have seen BTTS land in a whopping 81% (30/37) of their matches this term, so I have no doubt that there will be goals at both ends in this contest.
