The Baltimore Ravens are travelling to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday afternoon (14:30), where they will meet the Tennessee Titans.

The Titans last played in London in 2018, when they lost to the Los Angeles Chargers 20-19 at Wembley Stadium, while the Ravens’ last appearance in the capital was a year prior and they lost to the Jacksonville Jaguars 44-7.

Ravens vs Titans Prediction

  • Lamar Jackson over 49.5 rushing yards @ 5/4
  • Under 41.5 points @ 10/11

Team News

Luke Gifford, Elijah Molden and Treylon Burks, who will miss his third straight game for Tennessee, have all been ruled out for the clash in London.

Teair Tart missed last week’s game against Indianapolis but he’s travelled with the team for Sunday’s encounter, so he could be deemed fit enough to feature.

Odell Beckham Jr. had limited participation in practice this week so it remains to be seen as to whether he will make an appearance, while rookie running back Keaton Mitchell looks set to make his season debut.

Lamar Jackson over 49.5 rushing yards @ 5/4

Jackson had a mixed game against Pittsburgh last week.

He threw for over 236 yards, and rushed for 45 more, but saw at least five of his passes dropped by members of his offense. I think Jackson’s strengths as a quarterback certainly lie more towards a rushing game rather than a passing one, so I think he’ll go back to basics for Baltimore’s trip to London.

Jackson is a phenomenal runner and is a threat to break off a big run at any time, and I don’t think the Titans have anyone on defense who can slow him down.

Under 41.5 points @ 10/11

Both teams have been inconsistent so far this season, which is why I’m hesitant to tip one up on the money line.

Baltimore are 4/9, but that’s far too short for me, while the Titans are 9/5 and they’ve struggled to get going, in my opinion. So, I’m playing the points total instead, and I’m going under 41.5.

Neither team has scored over 30 points this season, and these London affairs tend to produce sluggish, low-scoring spectacles where defense usually prevails.
