Friday - 01:15

Bengals (+5.5) @ Ravens

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Bengals
  • Alan: Bengals
  • Jonny: Ravens

Moneyline: Ravens 4/11, Bengals 11/5

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Ravens
  • Alan: Bengals
  • Jonny: Ravens

Comments: Thursday Night Football sees two of the better teams in the National Football League square off as the 6-3 Ravens host the improving 4-5 Bengals.

Cincinnati have to win here really to have any hope of beating Baltimore or Pittsburgh to the AFC North title and will rely heavily on the excellent form of Joe Burrow to help them achieve that.

Lamar Jackson may be banged up with a dodgy knee, which is limiting his practice time but the phenomenon that is Derrick Henry will just smash through Cincy like pretty much every other team he faces at the moment. - Adam

Sunday - 14:30

Giants (-5.5) @ Panthers

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Panthers
  • Alan: Panthers
  • Jonny: Giants

Moneyline: Panthers 2/1, Giants 2/5

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Giants
  • Alan: Panthers
  • Jonny: Giants

Comments: The NFL returns to Germany, and I don't see this one playing out as a classic match-up.

Both teams have 2-7 records, and if I'm being honest, I don't know how the Panthers beat New Orleans last week. I'm fully expecting the Giants to win here, as despite their poor season so far, they're the better team. - Jonny

Sunday - 18:00

Patriots (+6.5) @ Bears

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Patriots
  • Alan: Bears
  • Jonny: Patriots

Moneyline: Bears 4/11, Patriots 11/5

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Bears
  • Alan: Bears
  • Jonny: Bears

Comments: Only die-hard fans of both will I suspect be getting too emotional about this one, but the Bears have at least a respectable (ish) 4-4 record, and are at home, but not in form. Phone-a-friend? - Alan

Bills (-3.5) @ Colts

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Bills
  • Alan: Colts
  • Jonny: Bills

Moneyline: Colts 13/8, Bills 1/2

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Bills
  • Alan: Colts
  • Jonny: Bills

Comments: The Bills have proven themselves as one of the best teams in the AFC, but their defence has looked suspect against the running game.

Jonathan Taylor could cause some problems for Buffalo, but I don't think Indy slow down Josh Allen enough to win the game, or even cover the spread, so I think the Bills stay hot here. - Jonny

Vikings (-3.5) @ Jaguars

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Vikings
  • Alan: Vikings
  • Jonny: Vikings

Moneyline: Vikings 1/2, Jaguars 13/8

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Vikings
  • Alan: Vikings
  • Jonny: Vikings

Comments: The Vikings got their season back on track last week, after back-to-back losses, which have seen their NFC North top spot fall to the Detroit Lions.

However, this should be a regulation victory in Jacksonville for Kevin O'Connell's men, with Justin Jefferson and Sam Darnold able to take apart the Christian Kirk-less Jaguars.

Trevor Lawrence looks a shell of the player that was drafted no 1 in the 2021 Draft and Minnesota will be all over him here - Adam

Broncos (+7.5) @ Chiefs

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Chiefs
  • Alan: Chiefs
  • Jonny: Chiefs

Moneyline: Chiefs 2/9, Broncos 100/30

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Chiefs
  • Alan: Chiefs
  • Jonny: Chiefs

Comments: The Chiefs continue to get the job done and yet I've seen them referred to on social media this week as the worst 8-0 team in NFL history - Absolute Horlicks!

However, they aren't making it easy for themselves, due to a poor redzone completion percentage and have tended to win this season by a single score.

They should have no problems against the Broncos though and I think we'll finally see a more comfortable win for KC, as Mahomes does what he always does against Denver. Picks them apart. - Adam

Falcons (-3.5) @ Saints

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Falcons
  • Alan: Falcons
  • Jonny: Falcons

Moneyline: Saints 6/4, Falcons 8/15

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Falcons
  • Alan: Falcons
  • Jonny: Falcons

Comments: New Orleans fired head coach Dennis Allen this week, replacing him with special-teams coordinator Darren Rizzi, which ought to shake things up.

The Saints somehow lost to Carolina last week, and injuries haven't helped their cause either. Drake London is a doubt for the game after suffering a hip injury last week, but with or without him, the Falcons should have the offensive talent needed to outlast the Saints here. - Jonny

49ers (-5.5) @ Buccaneers

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Buccaneers
  • Alan: Buccaneers
  • Jonny: Buccaneers

Moneyline: Buccaneers 2/1, 49ers 2/5

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: 49ers
  • Alan: Buccaneers
  • Jonny: 49ers

Comments: San Fran are coming off a bye week and hope to have both Jauan Jennings and more importantly Christian McCaffrey back in their offensive line up, following injuries.

Tampa Bay were very unlucky to come out of Kansas City with nothing to show for after an excellent performance and with Baker Mayfield on form, can cover the spread, even if they will go winless again. - Adam

Steelers (+2.5) @ Commanders

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Commanders
  • Alan: Commanders
  • Jonny: Steelers

Moneyline: Commanders 4/6, Steelers 5/4

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Commanders
  • Alan: Commanders
  • Jonny: Steelers

Comments: One of this week's most entertaining games will involve the Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Commanders—two play-off-calibre squads on opposite ends of the quarterback ladder.

Jayden Daniels continues to impress in his rookie QB season, while Pittsburgh opted for the experience of veteran Russell Wilson. While the Commanders' defence is much-improved this season, I'm inclined to back the steady hand of Wilson here. The Steelers are fresh off a bye week, too. - Jonny

Sunday - 21:05

Titans (+7.5) @ Chargers

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Chargers
  • Alan: Chargers
  • Jonny: Titans

Moneyline: Chargers 1/4, Titans 3/1

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Chargers
  • Alan: Chargers
  • Jonny: Chargers

Comments: The Chargers are in the wild card race and have home field. The Titans help prop up the AFC South but did win last week (alas, 'only' against the Pats). Justin Herbert was in fine order at weekend and can orchestrate another victory for the Chargers here - Alan

Sunday - 21:25

Jets (+1.5) @ Cardinals

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Jets
  • Alan: Cardinals
  • Jonny: Jets

Moneyline: Cardinals 20/23, Jets 20/21

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Jets
  • Alan: Cardinals
  • Jonny: Jets

Comments: Massively trappy, hence the virtual 'pick-em' line. Home field can help the Cards, and they do still just about head up the insanely-competitive NFC West - Alan

Eagles (-7.5) @ Cowboys

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Eagles
  • Alan: Eagles
  • Jonny: Eagles

Moneyline: Cowboys 11/4, Eagles 2/7

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Eagles
  • Alan: Eagles
  • Jonny: Eagles

Comments: NFC East giants clash, but only Philly really truly have their hands in the air at the minute asking for some postseason football. Dallas are firing on several less than all cylinders and have a tough job on if they are to start their recovery now.

Eagles' D is too strong, and they'll score when required to extend their win streak to five. In theory ... Alan

Monday - 01:20

Lions (-3.5) @ Texans

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Lions
  • Alan: Lions
  • Jonny: Lions

Moneyline: Lions 8/15, Texans 6/4

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Lions
  • Alan: Lions
  • Jonny: Lions

Comments: Detroit continue to look like one of the most explosive NFL teams in recent times and are the current number 1 seed in the NFC, thanks to their twin-pronged running attack of Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery, as well as the stellar play of wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, who pulled off a  ridiculous viral headstand celebration at the weekend.

The Texans are a good, solid team but with CJ Stroud struggling on his passing game after losing favoured target Nico Collins, it looks an uphill task for them to upset the Lions. - Adam

Tuesday - 01:15

Dolphins (+2.5) @ Rams

Picks ATS:

  • Adam: Rams
  • Alan: Rams
  • Jonny: Rams

Moneyline: Rams 7/10, Dolphins 6/5

Picks Straight Up:

  • Adam: Rams
  • Alan: Rams
  • Jonny: Rams

Comments: Rams -2/5 ... is it Xmas already?? Now I'm old enough and definitely daft enough to know EXACTLY what's likely to happen now that I've spoken thus, but I just can't help myself.

Dolphins? Lost three on the spin. Rams? WON three on the bounce. AND Cooper Kupp's back. Might just have to stay up for this one - Alan

Season Records:

Against the Spread:

  • Adam – 69-53
  • Alan – 61-61
  • Jonny – 61-61
  • Neil – 66-56

Straight Up:

  • Adam – 79-43
  • Alan – 70-52
  • Jonny – 78-44
  • Neil – 68-54
