NFL Prop Bets: QBs feature in Week 9 treble paying over 5/1

NFL Week 9 - and we're at the halfway point of the regular season already in the National Football League. It's been anything but predictable so far - the Pats lead the AFC East at 6-2, having won five on the spin. We've had one match already this game week as the Ravens welcomed back Lamar Jackson and prospered accordingly, beating the Dolphins 28-6. Jackson threw 204 yds with 18 from 23 attempts completed, and four TDs. Take him out of the equation and lose football matches you'd ordinarily win cosily. Play him and anything's suddenly possible.

Let's stick with the QBs for our Prop bet parlay this week. It's impossible to over-emphasise how vital they are to a side's chances, and one of the markets that concentrates on their likely output is passing yards. Let's have a little play with that ...

First up we're off to Ford Field Detroit, and the home team's former Rams QB Jared Goff. He's been in the motor city since 2021, and the Lions have become an annual threat in the honours race (they're currently 6/1 joint second favourites for Super Bowl LX).

They're in the conversation all right, and it will be a big shock if they don't put the Vikings away on Sunday. However; the Vikings D has a bit of a nightmare from last week at the hands of the Chargers to overcome and I'm hoping to see a big reaction.

240.50 is fair old total and I'm taking it on.

Green Bay are flying - three wins on the bounce and top of the NFC North. Carolina come to Lambeau and while they're extremely likely to receive a hiding of sorts it might, hopefully, not include a field day in the air for Love. They'll be too busy ripping apart the Panthers D on the ground!

Again, I'm hoping for some sort of reaction to last week (conceding 40 points to the Bills).

Finally, the AFC West-leading Broncos are coming to Houston on a five-match winning streak and sensationally for me at least are second-favourites! Their D is top drawer - something I'm hoping Stroud will have confirmed to him this week. The pass rush is elite and in what could be a mini-classic I'm hoping that 227.50 is a bridge too far.

Prop (proposition) bets are an added entertainment; there are stacks of them for every game (check 'em out); and popped together in an acca can provide decent odds for a fun stake.
