Anytime Touchdown Scorer Predictions: Can we build on last week’s 40/1 winner?

Well, it happened. We managed to land our first win of the season last week - and what a win it was! A 40/1 four-fold came flying in, so let's see if we can go back-to-back this weekend.

As always, we're focusing on Sunday's matches with these selections, and this week we've picked out a 21/1 for our Anytime Touchdown Scorer predictions.

Kyle Pitts (Falcons) to score a touchdown anytime (vs Dolphins) @ 9/5

We're expecting the Falcons to rack up the score against a pretty awful Dolphins defence this Sunday. Miami are allowing nearly 30 points per game, which should lead to plenty of opportunities for scoring plays.

The Dolphins also give up 64 yards per game to opposing tight ends, and have also surrendered three touchdowns to the position, too, so Kyle Pitts looks a sensible pick for Sunday's clash.

The former first-round pick is averaging over six targets per game and is more than capable of taking advantage of a vulnerable Dolphins defence.

Cam Skattebo (Giants) to score a touchdown anytime (vs Eagles) @ 5/6

We successfully backed Skattebo to score for the Giants last week in their gut-wrenching defeat against the Broncos, and if it ain't broke, don't fix it, 'eh?

Skattebo has become a breakout weapon for NY, and his production makes him a strong contender for an anytime touchdown pick most weeks, to be fair. The rookie also found the end zone three times in their the Giants' shock win over the Eagles a fortnight ago.

His hard-running style makes him the Giants' best option when it comes to short-yardages and goal-line situations, and he's amassed 90+ scrimmage yards on several occasions. Skattebo to score again at 5/6.

Christian McCaffrey (49ers) to score a touchdown anytime (vs Texans) @ 4/6

Christian McCaffrey has gone under the radar slightly this season in our opinion, which is strange as he's one of the best running backs in the league.

The 49ers star has scored six touchdowns already this season - including two in last week's win over the Falcons - helping San Francisco to a 5-2 record heading into Week 8. The Texans are an inconsistent outfit and will need to bring their A-game to slow down CMC, so we're backing to him to score anytime on Sunday.

CeeDee Lamb (Cowboys) to score a touchdown anytime (vs Broncos) @ 13/8

CeeDee Lamb wasted no time in making an impact on his return from injury for the Dallas Cowboys, recording five catches 110 yards and a touchdown last week.

Now another week healthier, and up against a Denver defence that hasn't faced any receivers of his calibre, Lamb looks a very sensible pick to score anytime, especially at 13/8. The Cowboys star has been electric whenever he's fully involved for his team, posting at least 110 yards when he received a single target.

In addition, Dallas protect their quarterback better than any team in the NFL, allowing just eight sacks so far this term. In theory, Dak Prescott should have enough time to pick apart the Broncos' defence, and Lamb is the most likely beneficiary.
