The NBA play-offs are fast approaching and there are eight games to enjoy on Wednesday night, including a pivotal Western Conference match-up between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Sacramento Kings.

That game, and a mouth-watering contest between Milwaukee and Golden State, feature in our NBA Betting Tips for Wednesday's action.

NBA Betting Tips

  • Thunder @ Trail Blazers - Thunder (-12.5) @ 10/11
  • Bucks @ Warriors - Warriors (-4.5) @ 10/11
  • Kings @ Lakers - Lakers (-2.5) @ 5/6

Treble pays 5.68/1

Thunder @ Trail Blazers - Thunder (-12.5) @ 10/11

The Oklahoma City Thunder will travel to Portland to take on the Trail Blazers on Wednesday night, in the hopes of bouncing back from a disappointing defeat against the Lakers last time out.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has dragged OKC to top spot in the Western Conference, and the former Clipper is enjoying an MVP-calibre campaign, however, LA did a phenomenal job of containing the young guard on Monday night. Gilgeous-Alexander scored at least 30 in eight consecutive games before having just 20 in the defeat to LeBron James and co.

Nevertheless, this is a great chance for the Thunder to bounce back, as Portland have lost 10 of their last 12, and they have a plethora of injuries to deal with.

Thunder to cover 12.5 spread at 10-11

Bucks @ Warriors - Warriors (-4.5) @ 10/11

Two sides with Championship aspirations will lock horns in San Francisco, as the Golden State Warriors host the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night.

The Bucks are in the midst of a six-game winning streak, which has propelled them back into second spot in the Eastern Conference. Their latest triumph came at the expense of the Los Angeles Clippers without star man Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is battling an Achilles injury.

The Warriors, meanwhile, got embarrassed by Boston on Sunday, trailing by 44 points at half-time before ultimately falling by 52 points at TD Garden. I'm expecting a response in front of their own fans.

Ultimately, if Antetokounmpo remains absent through injury, I'm taking Golden State to cover here. He had 33 points, nine rebounds, and five assists in the first game against the Warriors, and nobody on Milwaukee's roster can replace that production

Warriors to cover 4.5 spread at 10-11

Kings @ Lakers - Lakers (-2.5) @ 5/6

The Kings take on the Lakers in LA, as both teams will be looking to escape the play-in places in the Western Conference.

The Lakers failed to close out a potential victory against the Denver Nuggets on Saturday, but they rebounded to defeat the Thunder on Monday, thanks to some sharp shooting from D'Angelo Russell and Austin Reaves.

Meanwhile, the Kings earned a 124-120 overtime victory on Friday in Minneapolis over the Minnesota Timberwolves, however, they've lost three of their past four games.

I'm taking the Lakers to cover in this one as they've been playing well of late, going 10-4 in their last 14 outings.

Lakers to cover 2.5 spread at 5-6
