The Miami Dolphins will be seeking to bounce back from the disappointing defeat against the Buffalo Bills last week when they welcome the New York Giants to the Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday evening (18:00).

Tua Tagovailoa was brought back down to earth last week with a 48-20 loss to the Buffalo Bills, while the G-Men lost at home to the Seattle Seahawks.

Dolphins vs Giants Prediction

  • Miami Dolphins (-12.5) @ 10/11
  • Over 48.5 points @ 20/21

Team News

The Dolphins will welcome back safety DeShon Elliott, while the other starters who missed the game against the Bills — center Connor Williams and outside linebacker Jaelan Phillips — both were listed as questionable. Terron Armstead looks set to miss out, however.

Meanwhile, the Giants ruled out three players on Friday, with all of them offensive linemen – Andrew Thomas, Shane Lemieux and John Michael Schmitz,

Running back, and star man, Saquon Barkley, meanwhile, was listed as questionable and head coach Brian Daboll said he would be a game-time decision.

Miami Dolphins (-12.5) @ 10/11

I think Miami’s speed will simply be too much for New York and the Dolphins should put up points at will, especially coming off of a humbling loss against the Bills.

The Giants, meanwhile, look lost – they have an offensive line that cannot protect. Daniel Jones was sacked 10 times against Seattle, and I’m expecting Miami to come out firing here.

This has the potential for me to achieve Broncos-Dolphins status, as Miami can rack up the points against a struggling Giants team.

Over 48.5 points @ 20/21

As mentioned, I’m expecting Miami to rack up the points here.

After last week’s crushing loss to Buffalo, Miami will want to assert their status as a Super Bowl contender, and they have the perfect opportunity to do so against a reeling Giants team.

The Giants have scored only three points in two home games, so getting away from New York could be what they need, but their offense is struggling, already allowing 23 sacks and turning the ball over eight times.

Miami’s offense is arguably the most electrifying in the league, and they’ve seen three of their four games have at least 68 combined points, so I’m backing over 48.5 points here.
