Browns vs Broncos Predictions: Back Broncos to cover the spread

After a busy weekend of action from the NFL the games keep on coming, with the Cleveland Browns making the trip to Empower Field at Mile High to face the Denver Broncos in the early hours of Tuesday morning (01:15 Tuesday, live on Sky Sports Main Event).

Starting with the hosts, cornerback Riley Moss (knee) and safety Delarrin Turner-Yell (knee) are both set to miss Tuesday's showdown. 

Wide receiver Josh Reynolds is listed as questionable as he continues to recover from a recent hand injury. 

As for the visitors, both offensive tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. (knee), defensive end Sam Kamara (head) and safety Juan Thornhill (calf) will be missing from the Browns' defence. 

On the Cleveland offence, wide receiver Cedric Tillman misses out as he recovers from a recent concussion. 

Browns vs Broncos Odds

The Denver Broncos are the 4/11 favourites to come out on top on home soil, while the Browns are 11/5 to leave Colorado with the win.

The Broncos have been hit-and-miss at times this season but they have certainly made overall progress this term and sit on a 7-5 record. 

Back-to-back wins over the Atlanta Falcons and the Las Vegas Raiders have boosted the Broncos' chances of reaching the play-offs and a kind upcoming schedule gives Denver a real opportunity of making the post-season. 

Denver have conceded just 16.8 points per game for the third best defensive record in the NFL, while Cleveland's offense has struggled to score in recent weeks, putting up 18 or fewer points in eight of their last nine games.  

Given home advantage will also play an important role thanks to the altitude, the Broncos should have enough to cover the spread against the Browns on Tuesday. 

Courtland Sutton anytime touchdown scorer @ 13/10 

While it will be cold at Mile High for this one, the weather forecast predicts no rain, so both quarterbacks, Jameis Winston and Bo Nix, will likely do their fair share of passing in this one. 

Nix has thrown for 2,548 yards this year and one of his key weapons on the Broncos offence is wide receiver Courtland Sutton. 

Sutton has already scored five touchdowns this season and has 744 receiving yards. 

Against a Cleveland secondary that has been conceding too many points in recent weeks, Sutton is good value to add to his touchdown tally.
