New Orleans will be without their quarterback Derek Carr as he recovers from an oblique injury and Spencer Rattler will start in his place.
The Saints are also set to be without Cesar Ruiz and Lucas Patrick, while wide receiver Chris Olave is questionable with a concussion.
Denver will be waiting on the health of cornerback Patrick Surtain, who also has a concussion. He may join Alex Palczewski on the sidelines.

The Denver Broncos are 4/5 on the moneyline, while the New Orleans Saints are 21/20 outsiders.
The Broncos are 10/11 to overcome a 1.5-point deficit on the spread, while the Saints are 10/11 with the same point head start.
Under 36.5 points is priced up at 20/21, with over at 20/23.
Over 36.5 points @ 20/23
The New Orleans Saints started the season in fine fashion but have lost four games on the spin to drop to 2-4, with their defence a source of major concern.
They have allowed the most yards per game of any team in the NFL, a whopping 395.8, and despite this being a matchup between two rookie quarterbacks, the struggles of the Saints' defence could be crucial to seeing this match go over the total.
The Denver Broncos have not been the most impressive team this season but rookie quarterback Bo Nix has landed a perfect opportunity to impress against this Saints defence.
New Orleans’ offence had some bright points last week under rookie Spencer Rattler, who helped his team to 27 points in one quarter alone, and they can contribute to a high-scoring affair in front of the TV cameras.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
Broncos Anytime Touchdown Scorer - Courtland Sutton @ 15/8
Bo Nix has had a tricky welcome to the NFL but has managed to throw for at least 200 yards in four of his last five games, with the exception to that being the clash against the New York Jets, who have one of the best pass defences in the league.
A regular target for Nix has been wide receiver Courtland Sutton and he is the only receiver to have more than one touchdown in this Denver team.
Against one of the worst pass defences in the NFL, take Sutton to record another touchdown.
