The San Francisco 49ers' visit to Lambeau Field to take on the Green Bay Packers is one of the highlights of the NFL Week 12 coupon and sees the home side seeking revenge for their narrow playoff defeat last season. The 49ers have an injury concern over starting quarterback Brock Purdy, who has been limited in practice this week due to a sore shoulder. Tight end George Kittle is expected to return after missing last week's game with a hamstring injury, but defensive end Nick Bosa (hip) and offensive tackle Trent Williams (ankle) have missed practice and late decisions could be made on their participation.

The Packers have worries over linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (hamstring) and cornerback Jaire Alexander (knee). Defensive tackle Kenny Clark (toe) and running back Josh Jacobs (quadricep, calf) are also dealing with injuries but are likely to be passed fit.

The Packers are favourites for this game at home at 8/13, giving them an implied win probability of 61.9%, with the 49ers on offer at 13/10. Green Bay are asked to give up 3.5 points on the handicap with odds of 1/1, while San Francisco are 5/6 getting a start of 3.5 points.

The total points line for the game has been set at 46.5, with odds of 20/21 for under 46.5 and 20/23 for over 46.5.

The Packers may still be kicking themselves after blowing a lead in the fourth quarter of their playoff game against the 49ers last season, but the odds have swung in their favour for the rematch and with good reason.

Green Bay head coach Matt LaFleur has negotiated his way through some early injuries to quarterback Jordan Love and has his side in good shape at 7-3 but the 49ers are finding it hard to hit the heights of last season's performances and are now bothered by injuries to some of their best players.

Josh Jacobs has been a real star at running back for the Packers this season and can set the tone for the game by scoring the first touchdown.

Jacobs has scored three touchdowns in the last three games and should fancy his chances against a 49ers team who have conceded 13 rushing touchdowns this season.

The former Las Vegas Raiders RB has been limited by quadriceps and calf issues but put in a strong performance against the Seahawks and should shine again on Sunday.
