Warrington Wolves vs Hull FC Odds
Wire are huge favourites on the money line at 1/8, with Hull 11/2. The draw in normal time is a 22/1 chance.
Team News
Warrington are forced into a few changes this week and remain without their talisman George Williams, who is out long term.
Marc Sneyd also found himself left out last time, with Burgess putting his faith in young half-back pairing Leon Hayes and Ewan Irwin. All three are included in the initial 21-man squad once more.
The key men to miss out this week are in the forwards.
James Bentley is just starting to find his best form since his arrival from Leeds, but he misses out this week through suspension.
Prop Luke Yates is unlikely to play again this season in a hefty blow. Like Williams, Yates has suffered a neck injury severe enough to require surgery. Former Salford back row Sam Stone also misses out.
Hull FC are able to welcome back a couple of key players this week after completing concussion protocols.
Amir Bourouh and Matty Laidlaw both return, with Davy Litten and Joe Phillips the men to make way. Litten has a knee injury.
Those are the only two changes made by interim boss Andy Last this week but Hull’s injury list remains heavy. Star players Will Pryce, Lewis Martin, John Asiata, James Bell, Sam Lisone and Ligi Sao are among the names still absent.
Yusuf Aydin and Roman Dawson are suspended.
Handicap 3-Way Alt 1: Warrington -12 @ 4/7
Warrington’s perfect home run is going to end at some point, with a season-long Halliwell Jones fortress unlikely to happen.
However, there have been few scares at home for a Wire side that looks far sturdier this season, and I feel they will negotiate this fixture without much reason for concern.
Hull have been hampered by that awful injury list, but I don’t feel some of the decision-making has helped bond the unit either.
Warrington assistant Steve McNamara will come up against the team he is set to coach, and they could do with him sooner rather than later following John Cartwright’s somewhat sour departure.
Hull lost all three games in May, and won just once in April. That 50-10 victory at Castleford on 24 April was their most recent success.
Warrington have been ticking along very nicely with four Super League wins on the spin and just two defeats all season - both away from home. This is another home win for me.
The handicap is hefty at 20 points, which feels like it favours Hull, but with a strong start it is certainly one the Wolves can cover.
If you are feeling bold then the winning margin market could be the play in a similar ballpark.

Ewan Irwin Anytime Tryscorer @ 3/1
The Warrington backline is the place to look in the anytime scorer market this week.
The Wire are good for at least four tries a game at the moment and should have too much dynamism for the Black and Whites when opportunities arise.
Out wide both centres are decent value - 6/5 on Toby King or Josh Smith to cross is excellent value with both players in fine scoring form in 2026.
I’m going to be a little greedier though this week and take the 3/1 on offer with Betfred for young Ewan Irwin to cross. He grabbed a try at home to Bradford last time out to cap another excellent display and I can only see this kid getting better and better.
