Crisis club Salford Red Devils dust themselves down and go again, with a home game against Hull FC on Sunday (15:00, Sky Sports+). Defeats have become an inevitability for a Red Devils outfit in financial disarray, with the only weekly question being how many they will lose by.

Below are my Salford Red Devils vs Hull FC predictions, along with full team news and Betfred's latest match odds.

Salford Red Devils vs Hull FC Odds

The Red Devils are 16/1, or a 5.9% chance, to win this game, with Hull FC at 1/150 and the draw at 25/1.

Team News

Salford made four loan signings this week, with all four expected to feature against Hull.

Forward Sam Stone refused to play last week and has now completed his move to Warrington.

Into the squad come Dan Russell and Tom Whitehead from the Wolves, Kobe Rugless from Hunslet and Cain Robb from Castleford.

The new arrivals could see a few positional changes, where Esan Marsters and Ryan Brierley have been forming a makeshift half-back pairing.

Rugby League Odds

Hull bring in Logan Moy into an otherwise unchanged squad.

I would expect a very similar line-up to last week, despite the surprise home defeat to Castleford.

Handicap 3-way Alternative 2: Hull FC -24 @ 8/13

Well, we did not back a Hull FC defeat at home against Castleford last week. Lewis Martin landed our anytime try scorer bet again - of course he did - but the match outcome was a surprise.

The good news this week for the Black and Whites is that they have the perfect chance to get back on track.

A clash with Salford is, unfortunately, almost like a bye these days, given the restrictions that head coach Paul Rowley is having to work under, personnel-wise.

They showed some spirit last week against St Helens, and the only real question around Salford games at the moment is whether they can beat the handicap.

They are given 30 points here, which feels about right, but I’m just going to be a little more cautious, purely based on how bad Hull were last week.

But they will still win this easily.

Herman Ese’ese Anytime Tryscorer @ 4/6

Tough to find much value in the Hull scorers market this week, with my usual tip Lewis Martin at very short odds.

Prop Herman Ese’ese has been prolific too, and he seems to provide slightly more enticing value.
