Team News
The Broncos’ starting pack is Patrick Carrigan, Jordan Riki, Brendan Piakura, Payne Haas, Ben Hunt and Xavier Willison.
In the backs, Brisbane have selected Adam Reynolds, Ezra Mam, Jesse Arthars, Gehamat Shibasaki, Kotoni Staggs, Josiah Karapanu and Reece Walsh.
Moving on to the Eels, Parramatta start with Dylan Walker, Jack Williams, Charlie Guymer, Junior Paulo, Ryley Smith and J’maine Hopgood in the forwards.
Mitchell Moses, Dean Hawkins, Josh Addo-Carr, Sean Russell, Will Penisini, Zac Lomax and Joash Papaliii are named as the backs.
The Broncos are the heavy 8/13 favourites to win on Friday morning, while the Eels are 10/3 to cause an upset at Suncorp Stadium.
A draw is available at 22/1, while the Eels to be leading at the half-time whistle is 11/4.
Broncos -14.5 handicap @ 20/21
One of the form teams in the NRL right now, the Broncos are pushing hard for a top-four finish this season.
Currently on a five-game winning streak, Brisbane will be full of confidence ahead of the arrival of the Eels on Friday.
The Broncos have won all of their last four games against Parramatta, while the Eels don’t have many fond recent memories of Suncorp Stadium, having lost five of their last six visits to the Brisbane venue.
Parramatta have dangerous players in the backline, with the likes of Addo-Carr and Lomax capable of causing any team problems.
However, Brisbane are tough to stop on their own patch and, on current form, they should be able to cover the handicap in this one.

Over 48.5 total points @ 10/11
As mentioned, Parramatta have their own attacking threats with the likes of Addo-Carr and Lomax and this should make for a high-scoring encounter at Suncorp Stadium.
The last time these sides met was in Brisbane, with the Broncos coming out on top 30-24 in August last year.
That result meant that going with the over 48.5 point total would have landed in all of the last three games between these sides at Suncorp Stadium and it would be little surprise to see the trend continue on Friday morning in Queensland.
