Having been knocked off top spot in the Premier League by Manchester City on Saturday, Tottenham will be eager to return to the summit when they play host to Chelsea on Monday evening (20:00 KO).

After Arsenal's loss at Newcastle United, Tottenham are the only unbeaten team left in the top flight this season, and they will feel confident of overcoming a Chelsea side managed by former Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino.

Spurs vs Chelsea Tips

  • Tottenham to win @ 23/20
  • Bet Builder - Heung-Min Son to score & Reece James to be carded @ 5/1

 Match Odds

Tottenham are 23/20 to claim all three points and move back to the Premier League summit, with the draw priced at 13/5 and Chelsea available at 11/5 to pick up the win.

South Korean Heung-Min Son leads Tottenham's scoring charts this season with eight to his name, and he is 7/5 to net anytime on Monday, with teammate James Maddison priced at 2/1.

Chelsea's Nicolas Jackson has two league goals since joining the club in the summer, and he is 11/5 to score, just ahead of 9/4 Raheem Sterling.

Team News

Tottenham left-backs Destiny Udogie and Ben Davies both face late fitness tests due to their respective injuries, but Ivan Perisic, Ryan Sessegnon and Manor Solomon are all ruled out.

Chelsea still have a lengthy injury list, with Trevoh Chalobah, Carney Chukwuemeka, Ben Chilwell, Wesley Fofana, Romeo Lavia and Christopher Nkunku all sidelined.

Forwards Armando Broja and Mykhailo Mudryk returned to training this week and could be part of the matchday squad.

Tottenham to win @ 23/20

It has been a fabulous start to the season for Tottenham, who have amassed 26 points from their opening 10 league games in their best start to a top-flight campaign since 1960/61.

Spurs are the only side yet to taste defeat in the Premier League this term, and they head into Monday's visit of Chelsea on a four-game winning streak, having beaten Liverpool, Luton, Fulham and Crystal Palace.

Postecoglou's side have been perfect on home soil, winning all four matches against Manchester United, Sheffield United, the Reds and the Cottagers, and they look to have a great chance of maintaining their 100% record at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

While Chelsea have shown signs of life over the past month, they are still yet to really click under Pochettino, and they are on a two-game winless streak in the league, drawing 2-2 with Arsenal and then losing 2-0 to Brentford.

A lack of consistency has hampered the Blues' progress while attacking deficiencies have also caused problems, and they will find it difficult to take anything against an in-form Spurs.

Bet Builder - Heung-Min Son & Reece James to be carded @ 5/1

Spurs captain Heung-Min Son has taken the goalscoring responsibilities since the departure of Harry Kane, and the South Korean has netted eight times in the league, putting him in the early Golden Boot picture.

The 31-year-old has scored five goals in his last five appearances, and he will be chomping at the bit to take on a Chelsea side that have kept just one clean sheet from their last five league outings.

Adding to this, Bet Builder is for Chelsea skipper Reece James to get booked. The right-back has only recently made his return to action after injury, but he could be handed some more minutes at Tottenham.

It is unsure just how up to speed the 23-year-old is, and with the possibility of Son, James Maddison and Richarlison running at him, the chance of a caution looks high.
