Premier League Darts 2025 Aberdeen Predictions: 3/1 Boosted double for Night 15

The Premier League regular season is on its penultimate night and we're north of the border, where our darts expert Sean Rafferty has given us his picks for the P&J live in Aberdeen, including a boosted double. So, without further ado, here are his Premier League Darts 2025 Aberdeen predictions.
Premier League Darts Aberdeen Tips
2 units Boosted Double @ 5/2 3/1
Over 9.5 legs in Aspinall vs Van Gerwen @ 5/6
Well, there’s no disputing that this is most definitely the headline match of the night, given the importance of it for both men. This is the first of two crunch matches between the two as they battle it out in a two-horse race for that fourth and final spot in Finals Night in London. Just one point separates the pair with only two nights of regular action remaining, with the Green Machine currently occupying fourth place in the table.
Whichever one of them comes out on top this week, will have the upper hand and momentum going into their match in Sheffield next week. With this being the case, there’s likely to be a lot of nerves on both sides with the amount at stake.
It’s very tricky to pick a winner, given the similar results and form of the two. Van Gerwen has appeared to find wins easier to come by in his opening matches of the night - Mighty Mike has won nine of his thirteen quarter final matches in this year’s Premier League, but is one of just two players in this year’s field who has failed to win a night as of yet, which highlights the inconsistencies in his game now and why he’s yet to secure a top four finish.
MVG has been priced up as 8/11 favourite which I’d have to agree with, given the success in his opening matches I’ve mentioned above. But I believe that a tight match could be on the cards here and over 9.5 legs looks the best value at 5/6. Six of their last eight matches in this format have had over 9.5 legs and with so little separating the two, I can see a similar outcome here in a nervy affair.
Over 9.5 legs in Humphries vs Littler @ 20/21
There isn’t so much to play for in this one, with Littler sitting seven points clear top of the league and Humphries comfortably in second, seven points ahead of third. This is more a case of rivalry and trying to get one over the other ahead of Finals Night.
There’s been a lot of controversy and debate around the current Premier League format and whether it takes the shine off of the two best players in the world battling it out. Those critical of it may have a point - this will be their seventh match against each-other already this year, not all of them have quite lived up to the hype in terms of standard.
However, they’ve certainly had plenty of tight encounters. The head-to-head is pretty even, with The Nuke leading 11-9 in previous matches, although Cool Hand has won eight of the last thirteen. Their matches have had a tendency to be tight, with five of their six matches in the Premier League this year having over 9.5 legs. With that being the case, over 9.5 legs in the match again looks a no brainer at just shy of evens.
The two selections have been generously boosted by the Betfred traders from 5/2 all the way out to 3/1, which you can load straight to your slip by clicking below!
