Danny Noppert's highest checkout to be over 120.5 vs Luke Littler @ 20/21

It was another solid performance from Noppert, who did a professional job over Lukas Wenig last night to get himself into yet another major semj-final.

That’s now four major semi-finals this year for 'The Freeze', having already done the same in the Winmau Masters, European Championship and World Grand Prix. He's now up to seventh in the live world rankings table and could find himself even higher than that come the end of the year if he keeps up this form.

Littler played out yet another cracking match against Rock, which is becoming the norm each time they meet. Once again, Littler found himself trailing 9-6, but reeled off seven legs on the spin from that point and ultimately won comfortably enough (16-12) in the end.

I don’t think Littler is 100% happy with his level but it’s still been very good - The Nuke has averaged 105+ in his last two games against Rock and Nijman. If he keeps that up then he’ll be extremely tough to beat.

I think one of the better plays today is Noppert to hit a checkout over 120.5, as he’s been knocking in the big ones recently.

Noppie had checkouts of 140 and 116 in his win over Wenig last night, as well as 170 and 101 checkouts against Van Gerwen in the previous round. Despite the calibre of opponent he’s up against this afternoon, he’s still bound to get a fair few chances on bigger checkouts and on most occasions he’ll be forced to go for it (as in go for the bull instead of laying up).

He’s been taking out a big checkout in almost all his longer format matches - in eight of his last nine matches that have been first to 10 legs/first to three sets or greater, Danny has hit a checkout over 120.5. It looks a sensible bet in this one at close enough to even money.

Luke Humphries to hit the most 180s vs Gerwyn Price @ 8/11

It was yet another classy performance from Humphries on Friday night.

It looked as if Smith could turn it into a battle as he clawed it back to 7-7, but Luke went into overdrive from there onwards, winning nine of the last ten legs to win 16-8. A 105 average from 'Cool Hand' means he’s now averaged 102+ in all of his last three matches.

Price has enjoyed a fairly straightforward route to the semi-finals. Having lost his opening group game to Ricky Evans, he has hammered Wade 5-0 and Bellmont 5-1 to breeze into the knockouts.

He beat Schindler 10-6 in the last 16 and got his revenge on Evans with a 16-9 win to progress to the semis. He hasn’t really hit top gear yet, or even needed to.

Price is 5-3 up in their previous meetings in 2025, but I’d say Humphries is playing the better stuff this week and has incredibly won his last 13 major semi-finals - a scarily good record.

I feel like he’s been priced up about right at 1/2, so instead will focus on the 180s. Cool Hand seems generously priced at 8/11 in the most 180s market - he’s hit 23 of them in 58 legs, compared to Gezzy's 16 from 61.

Humphries seems to be able to produce the big scores with more ease than his Welsh opponent this week so I think that’s a better play than him to just win the match.

He’s already said in his last interview that with the slowed down throwing action, when the first dart goes in the Treble 20, he’s more confident of filling it up now.
