Darts Betting Tips: Sean’s pick for Day 10

The 2025 World Darts Championship returns after the Christmas break, and our man Sean Rafferty is back with his darts betting tips for Friday, December 27.

Razma surprised a few when he came from 1-0 down to beat Dirk Van Duijvenbode 3-1, I wouldn’t say it was all that big a shock given the inconsistencies and physical problems for Dirk over the past eighteen months. Nevertheless, it’s a good win and backs up an impressive win over Christian Kist by the same scoreline, also from a set down.

Madars will probably have to find another gear or two to properly trouble Stephen Bunting in this one. The Bullet came through in rather unimpressive fashion by his standards in a 3-1 win over the German Kai Gotthardt.

Nevertheless, he made it comfortable in the end from being a set down, he’ll be looking to build on that 92 average though. Bunting looks way too short at 1/4 to win considering he was hardly convincing in his opening round, so I’m staying well away from that.

I’m going to do the biggest U-turn I’ll likely do the entire tournament and back Razma to hit over 3.5 180s. Normally I’m a regular backer of him hitting a lack of them and with reasonable success.

However, this tournament so far has seen a change and he seems to be a lot more resilient on the 20s and persisting with that segment more than usual. He’s averaging 0.13 180s per leg for the year which likely wouldn’t be enough. But so far he’s hit five in four sets and four in four sets. He’s hit nine 180s in thirty-four legs thus far - which comes to an average of 0.26 180s per leg.

If he sticks to around they stats then he should only require 16 legs to hit four maximums, which is as good as a certainty now with the increase in format to best of seven sets. Razmatazz to hit 4+ 180s at 13/10 looks a nice wee single based on his stats over the last week.
