The NFL makes it return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday afternoon (14:30) with the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Buffalo Bills going head-to-head.

The Jags enjoyed their first go-round in London last weekend, beating the Atlanta Falcons 23-7, and they’ll be looking to end their overseas stay with an exclamation mark on Sunday.

Buffalo, meanwhile, lay down a huge marker in the AFC playoff race last Sunday, hammering the Miami Dolphins, and while a trip across the Atlantic can cause a few upsets as we’ve seen over the years, the 3-1 Bills will be extremely confident of a victory here.

Jaguars vs Bills Prediction

  • Buffalo Bills (-5.5) @ 20/23
  • Under 48.5 points @ 20/21

Team News

Cam Robinson, Antonio Johnson, Zay Jones and Jamal Agnew could all return for Jacksonville this weekend, with a particular focus being on Robinson, who has missed the first four matches of the season due to suspension. However, defensive lineman Dawuane Smoot is expected to miss out.

As for the Bills, they are set to miss starting defensive end Greg Rousseau, while Jordan Poyer has been removed from Buffalo’s injury report after being limited earlier in the week with a knee injury. Von Miller is also questionable to make 2023 debut.

Buffalo Bills (-5.5) @ 20/23

The Miami Dolphins were the talk of the NFL after they put up 70 points against the Denver Broncos two weeks ago, however, the Bills put a huge marker down last week when they dismantled the Dolphins 48-20 last Sunday.

After a stuttering loss to the New York Jets on Monday Night Football in Week 1, Josh Allen and the Buffalo offence have been sensational, scoring at least 37 points in all three wins and seeming to find no defence who can stop them.

I’m envisioning a comfortable Buffalo victory here, and it’s hard to see anything else.

Under 48.5 points @ 20/21

The international NFL matches seem to stifle offenses more than defenses, and London fans have seen only three of the last 10 games cover Sunday’s 48.5 point line.

Just look at the Jaguars/Falcons match at Wembley last weekend – only 30 points were scored.

I think Buffalo’s defense can keep a lid on Jacksonville’s attacking output here, and combined with potential jet lag, I can see the points being kept under the 48.5 point line.
