The Betfred Super League has now reached the final four stage, and Wigan Warriors and Hull KR will meet on Saturday for a place in the Grand Final.

Wigan finished better than the rest to secure the League Leaders’ Shield, while Hull KR defied expectations to finish fourth in the regular season.

The Robins, who lost the Challenge Cup final to Leigh Leopards, got revenge last week in the Eliminator Round to win 20-6, while Wigan enjoyed a week’s rest thanks to finishing first.

Team news

Hull KR boss Willie Peters has already confirmed he will be without Sauaso Sue due to an adductor and hamstring injury, but Dean Hadley has been passed fit to return.

Wigan coach Matty Peet has made one change to his 21-man squad, as Willie Isa replaces Iain Thornley. If selected, Isa will make his 200th appearance for the Warriors.

Wigan Warriors -8 @ EVS

The Warriors won their last eight games of the regular season to clinch the League Leaders’ Shield, and they rightly got a week to rest and recuperate.

Peet’s men have set the standard of late, and there will be no panic within their dressing room at this pivotal stage of the season.

Wigan beat Hull KR 64-6 when the two teams met in August at the DW Stadium, and they should be able to record another comfortable victory.

Abbas Miski to score anytime @ EVS

While Saturday’s game is all about a team achievement, Wigan winger Miski still has work to do on a personal level.

His 27 tries in the regular campaign was an incredible achievement, but his record was tied by Catalans winger Tom Johnstone and Warrington’s Josh Charnley.

Johnstone and Miski are the only two players left who can finish as the top-scorer in the Betfred Super League, and Miski should be able to add to his tally this weekend.

Miski has already scored five tries against the Robins this year, so it will be no surprise to see him improve that tally this week.
