Leeds United welcome Norwich City to Elland Road on Thursday night (20:00, live on Sky Sports Main Event), for a place in the Championship play-off final, and ultimately, the chance to gain promotion to the Premier League.

Using Betfred's #PickYourPunt feature, former England and Spurs goalkeeper Paul Robinson has come up with a 9/1 (boosted from 15/2) bet builder for Leeds vs Norwich.

Leeds vs Norwich Bet Builder Tips

  • Leeds to win
  • Crysencio Summerville to score anytime
  • Shane Duffy to be carded

Leeds and Norwich meet for the decisive leg of their Championship play-off semi-final after a tense, cagey stalemate in the first leg at Carrow Road on Sunday.

Both sides limped into the play-offs, with the hosts managing just two triumphs in their last eight league matches, while the Canaries won just twice in their final seven outings.

In addition, these two teams have both tasted life in the top flight previously, and they'll be desperate to make a return at the first attempt.

Leeds to win

Leeds have never won promotion via the play-offs but they could be well on their way should they taste victory at Elland Road on Thursday night.

Daniel Farke's side have tasted defeat in recent home fixtures against Blackburn (1-0) and Southampton (2-1), but they are usually a tough proposition at Elland Road and were unbeaten there in the opening eight months of the campaign.

Meanwhile, Norwich's best work has tended to come at Carrow Road, claiming just six victories on the road this term, and keeping just three clean sheets on their travels. They've also conceded 42 away league goals this season, which is second only to basement boys Rotherham United.

A fast start is anticipated at Elland Road, and I can see Norwich having a tough time weathering the storm.

Crysencio Summerville to score anytime

The Netherlands midfielder is enjoying a sensational campaign for Leeds, scoring 19 goals in 43 appearances in the Championship this season and has also recently been voted as the Championship Player of the Season.

The 22-year-old bagged a brace in the league game at Carrow Road back in October, and with Norwich's inability to keep clean sheets away from home, he'll fancy his chances of getting on the scoresheet on Thursday.

Shane Duffy to be carded

The Norwich defender was cautioned in the first leg at Carrow Road, and I expect the Canaries' backline to be under pressure from the get-go on Thursday, meaning that 32-year-old could find his way into the referee's book once again.

The former Brighton & Hove Albion centre-back was also booked 10 times in the regular season, suggesting that there's some value in backing him to be shown a card on Thursday night.t
